RHAEA D'ALIESIO - SOPRANO 

Rhaea D’Aliesio is a soloist and chamber music artist on the east and west coasts, as well as abroad. She received her Bachelor of Music degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and Master of Music degree from the Longy School of Music, where she cultivated her expertise in opera, art song, lieder, and oratorio.

She was a roster artist with Boston Opera Collaborative for two years. Recent opera roles include covering Micaela with Brott Opera in Ontario, Canada, Bianca (La Rondine: Remix), Clara (Mirror: an immersive song experience), Emilie (Dangerous Liaisons), Bethel (She’s Fabulous), and Irene (Sacred Wood) with Boston Opera Collaborative, Laetitia (The Old Maid and the Thief), Clara (Signor Deluso), and the Sorceress (Dido and Aeneas) at Longy, Nella (Gianni Schicchi) and Papagena (Die Zauberflöte) at the Amalfi Music Festival in Vietri sul Mare, Italy, as well as Monica (The Medium), and Lucy (The Telephone) at Saddleback College.

SOPHIE FORTUNATO - VIOLINIST 

 

Sophie Fortunato started playing the violin at the age of 5.

She pursued her studies in Philadelphia, PA with Yayoi Numazawa, a longtime member of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and recently graduated from the Peabody Conservatory with her BM, where she studied with Herbert Greenberg.

Sophie has soloed with the Rose Tree Pops and has performed in masterclasses with Richard Roberts, Violaine Melançon, Gerardo Ribeiro, and Mauricio Fuks.

Sophie is currently pursuing her MM with Espen Lilleslâtten at LSU.

TRACY LEMIEUX - ARTIST 

Tracy LeMieux resides in Lake Charles, Louisiana with her husband Chip. She is the mother of two and Lovey to Audrey, Milo and Nora.

She graduated from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA with a bachelor’s degree in art with a concentration in ceramics.

She is the owner/director of The Art Factory, a community art studio.  

Tracy believes everyone can be creative and loves when she has the opportunity to show them.

CORY DUPLECHAIN - ARTIST 

Cory Duplechain was born in Lake Charles LA where he started painting at a young age. He attended the University of New Orleans and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts: Studio Sculpture. He is now living and working out of Lake Charles. BINGYU PENG - PIANIST 

 Bingyu Peng started learning piano at the age of 5. At the age of 11, she was selected from the competitive examinations and started the composition and piano performance program in secondary school affiliated with the Xinghai Conservatory of Music in Guangzhou, China. 

In 2013, She received the talented music scholarship and studied with Dr. Sergio Monteiro in piano performance at the Wanda. L. Bass School of Music at the Oklahoma City University. She earned an honorable award in the OCU Concerto competition. In 2014, she participated in the OMTA collegiate competition, won the first prize in the graduate division. She is also a first prize winner of the Oklahoma state division MTNA State competition, and she was selected as an Oklahoma representative in 2016. 

 

Peng obtained her undergraduate degree from the Xinghai Conservatory of Music in Piano performance, and a Master's degree in piano performance at Oklahoma City University. She is in the Doctoral program studying piano performance at Louisiana State University under Gregory Sioles.
